Findings: The Board of Trustees DENIES the application as submitted. The as- built structures.are too close to the wetlands. Vegetation was cleared which will have an adverse effect on the wetlands of the Town of Southold and cause damage from erosion. The project does not meet the requirements for issuance of an Administrative Permit as set forth in Southold Town Code Chapter 275- 12A. —Adversely affects the wetlands of the Town. The as-built structures must be removed. Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office. This is not a determination from any other agency.
