Our company represents Greg Sfoglia,owner of the property situated at 3480 Ole Jule Ln, Mattituck, NY
11952. We are required by the Southold Town to request an area variance from the Zoning Board of
Appeals.
A public hearing will be held on Thursday, November 7"'at 10:30 A.M both in person in the Town Hall
Meeting Room at 53095 Main Road,Southold and via video conferencing.The public will have an
opportunity to see and hear the meeting live and make comments.
Please see the attached letter we received from the Zoning Board of Appeals providing further
information as well as the plan/survey that was submitted to the Board.
