WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, pursuant to
Resolution Number 439-2024 adopted by the Suffolk County
-- Legislature on June 04, 2024 and, thereafter, approved by the
DISTRICT County Executive on June 06, 2024, in consideration of ten
