Witnesseth,that the party of the first part,in consideration of 1.00 dollars,lawful money of the
United States,paid by the party of the second part,does hereby remise and release,as well as
quitclaims,unto Jeanmarie deNoyelles Hartung as trustee of Jeanmarie deNoyelles Hartung
Living Trust,dated November 6,2015 as the sole tenant,and assigns forever,all of:
