POLICY: At scheduled Town Board meetings, the attending public is encouraged to briefly
address the Town Board relating to agenda resolutions prior to their enactment; the public will
also be given time at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled business agenda to address the
Board on any given topic.

speak on the following resolutions.
391 Authorize a refund to Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company representing an
overpayment to the Community Preservation Fund transfer tax.
392. Authorize and direct the Town Clerk to re-advertise for bids for the replacement of the roof
on the Southold Town Hall.
393. Grant permission to Lt. Frank Kruszeski and Det. Joseph Conway to attend the North
Amityville Weed & Seed in conjunction with CTS Associates Inc., Gangs and Youth
Violence Seminar June 18, 2004 in Hicksville.
394. Grant permission to Sgt. Henry F. Santacroce, Jr. to attend the Property Room
Management training seminar sponsored by the Connecticut State Police Academy July 14-
15, 2004 in Meriden, CT.
395. Accept the proposal of Pirates Marine Cove Marine, Fishers Island, for repair and
replacement of channel markers in West Harbor and Hay Harbor.
396. Authorize modification to the 2004 General Fund Whole Town budget to appropriate grant
money for computer equipment in the Town Clerk's office.

Authorize and direct Supervisor Horton to sign the 2004 Community Development Block
Grant.
Accept the bid of Emcar, Inc. for the renovations of the Laurel School, as part of the Family
Service League Child Day Care Project, funded by the Community Development Block
Grant Program.
Authorize and direct Supervisor Horton to sign an agreement with Emcar, Inc. for the
renovations of the Laurel School.
Authorize and direct Supervisor Horton to sign an agreement with the Family Service
League of Suffolk County for the 2004 Youth Services Program.
