The Bay Haven Homeowners Association Board is providing permission for a representative of the town of Southold to enter the beach property located at 975 Watersedge Way, between Gin Lane and Bay Haven Lane and conduct a pre-application assessment of the existing groin. A picture of the groin is attached at the end of this letter as well as a copy of the latest survey and a check to cover the pre-application fee of$150. The primary point of contact related to this is Chris DeMeo. His cell is 516-232-4697 and his email is chrisdemeo007(ftmail.com. Any coordination or scheduling can be handled through Chris.
