Construct new path from the new 800 sf. deck to the top of bluff, new timber stairway 65'X 3' with three landings from top of bluff to the beach and regrade the lip at the crest of the bluff. Approx. 30 cy. of fill will be used to regrade the footprint of the existing cottage after it has been relocated and to re-grade the lip at the crest of the bluff to prevent storm water run-off from eroding the bluff. Located: 800 Salt Marsh Lane, Peconic. SCTM#74-1-35.56 Inspected by: Peter Meeker, John Stein The CAC does Not Support the application because of a concern with the massive tree removal and the setbacks from the top of the bluff. The CAC recommends the structures are relocated to no closer than 100' from the top of the bluff.
