Land Preservation Island's End Golf Course Fees 2024 WHEREAS, on December 6, 2019, the Town of Southold acquired conservation easements on the four(4)properties comprising the operating golf course that is open to the public and known as Island's End Golf& Country Club; and WHEREAS, it is stated in Section 6.11 of the recorded easements that"The parties wish to provide affordable public recreation opportunities to residents of the Town of Southold who are not current members of the Island's End Golf Course."; and WHEREAS, a requirement of the recorded easement, as stated in Section 6.11 is that"Grantor shall provide at least annually to Grantee and at least sixty(60) days prior to the effective date, a Page 13 January 30, 2024 Southold Town Board Board Meeting proposed schedule of rates or fees for each of the recreational activities provided to the public.
