ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being at Nassau Point or Little Hog Neck, in the Town of Southold,County of Suffolk,
and State of New York,Town of Southold,known and designated as Lot No.351,on a certain map
entitled,"Map of Section D,Nassau Point Club Properties,Inc., situate on Nassau Point,Suffolk County,
New York surveyed March 24, 1926,by Otto W.Van Tuyl,Civil Engineer and Surveyor,Greenport,New
