York, known and designated as land formerly of Katica Muzinic on a certain map entitled,
"Map of Country Club Estates,"and fried in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk
on October 17, 1978 as Map No. 6763, more particularly bounded and described as
follows, according to said map:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Main Road (New York State Route 25)
