BEGINNING at a concrete monument on the easterly side of Bray Avenue
at the southwesterly end of a curve formed by the intersection of the easterly
line of Bray Avenue with the southerly line of Albo Drive;
RUNNING THENCE northeasterly along the arc of said curve to the right
having a radius of 25 feet a distance along said arc of 39.27 feet to a
