The samo marker can be used for other measurements as well, when needed. In the future it would be best if the surveyor, when originally applying for a variance, would show the contours at the highest elevation and the reasoning for placing the "average top of the bluff line" at a different location than the actual top of the bluff. It is requested that a survey be filed with our office to show that the swiiingpool has been properly placed from an In-ground marker. 0 Thank you for your referral and inquiry. ccs 19 P.S. Ken Abruzzo, surveyor with Young & Young has confirmed that the 101.7 ft. el. and "top of the bluff line determined by Young & Yaung on Nov. 18, 1994" is the same line shown on the last map considered by the ZBA under Appeal No. 4295. The ZBA Members have requested an in-ground pipe or monument be planed at this 101.7 ft. el. as reference when measuring setbacks.
