The purpose of the inspection was to calculate the size of the living space of the structure. Access was readily provided to the area by the owner. The existing structure contains the following living space: First Floor—Living/Dining Room, Bedroom, Kitchen, Bath Area Total is 640 Square Feet Second Floor Loft—Bedroom Area Total is 226 Square Feet Evaluation—From the inspection it was determined that the structure contains a total of 866 square feet of living space. The living area includes the interior rooms,the covered exterior porches were not used in the calculation. Result—Based upon inspection of the structure on 6/4/2024 and to the best of my knowledge, belief and professional judgment,the living space area has been calculated as 866.square feet.
