The following action was taken by the Southold Town Board of Trustees at their Regular
Meeting held on Wednesday, June 12, 2024:
RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPRQVE the Administrative
Amendment to Wetland Permit #1 0286 to construct a 12'x36' (instead of 14'x38')
swimming pool surrounded by a 58'x23' (instead of 58'x28') stone patio with a 6'x12'
(instead of 8'x8') spa located west (instead of north) of the swimming pool; install two
4'x5' (instead of 4'x4') steps; and to establish and perpetually maintain a 35' wide
(instead of 30' wide) vegetated non-turf buffer running landward of the tidal,watland

Surveyor, received on May 15, 2024, and stamped approved on June 12, 2024.
