Authorize and direct Supervisor Horton to hire the firm of Nelson, Pope & Voorhis to conduct a SEQRA evaluation re the issues pertinent to the Change of Zone application of William F. Gasser and The American Armored Foundation, Inc., per their August 26, 2003 proposal. 556. Authorize and direct Supervisor Horton to hire the firm of Nelson, Pope & Voorhis to conduct a SEQRA evaluation re the issues pertinent to the Change of Zone application of Reynold and Herman Blum, per their August 26, 2003 proposal. 557. Authorize the issuance of $4,000,000 Bonds for the Town of Southold to Finance the Acquisition of Interests or Rights in Real Property in the Town for the Preservation of Open Spaces, at the Estimated Maximum Cost of $4,000,000; and determine that this Bond Resolution Shall be Subject to A Mandatory Referendum. 560.
