V. RESOLUTIONS
a) Resolution: To authorize advertising of hearings for Regular Meeting to be held on Thursday,
October 3, 2024 which Work Session will begin at 9:00 A.M and Regular Meeting will commence
at 10:00 A.M.
b) Resolution: To approve minutes from the September 5, 2024 Regular Meeting.
c) Resolution: To Grant an extension, #7399, North Fork One, LLC, located at 290 Windward
Road, Orient, SCTM No. 1000-19-1-12.3. Extension to September 17, 2025.
d) Resolution: To Grant an extension, #7187, Brian & Elizabeth Wilhelm, located at 220 Upper
Shingle Hill Road, Fishers Island, NY SCTM No. 1000-9-1-4.
