I have gone back to the site to check on how the top of the bank continues to the east of the site. I have located the top of the bank as it comes from the east and crosses the drainage overflow, intersects the west side of the drainage overflow and then continues north along the westerly side of the drainage overflow to where it connects with the top of bank that comes from the west. The proposed house still maintains a 75' setback from the top of bank as the bank comes from the east. Attached is a copy of the revised survey showing the location of the top of bank as it goes to the east. Sincerel®®®®„l1fill®® OF,-N5 W SEP 1 2024NVh'an:T.
