The following action was taken by the Southold Town Board of Trustees at their Regular
Meeting held on Wednesday, August 14,�2024
RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVE the Administrative
Amendment to Wetland Permit#10471A�to construct a reduced size 5' wide, tapering to
4' and 2.5', wooden deck on seaward aide of existing dwelling, and as depicted on the
site plan prepared by Nathan Taft Corwin III, Land Surveyor, received on July 22, 2024,
and stamped approved on August 14, 2024.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.
