Trustees inspected & said all OK BUT they wanted drainage for the structures added. We had drainage designed but it was "over the top Pace then had a buyer Perez- owns under RDEN Assoicates LLC. We had an existing permit for a dock transferred in November 2020 to the new owner. The existing structures application has not been completed. John Hocker, Latham Sand & Gravel redesigned the drainage and we had the re-design placed on a survey. I am ready to re-submit. My question: I have a new application prepared with a new project description (same as before on existing structures with the new drainage design)...do you want the new application or pieces of the packet to re-activate the old application? It is on the permit for the bulkhead as a 10' non-turf buffer. The non-turf buffer has been in place since 2003 and already a condition of a permit. It is costly and time consuming to change a survey, it took us months to get this survey. can you please ask the board to accept the survey I have for the permits of existing structures & proposed drainage .
