Unfortunately, it appears that this dwelling has no building CO,there are a variety of outstanding code violations on the property, and there is an unpermitted third floor that requires a ZBA variance and a sprinkler system. There may be other issues through the Building Dept. on top of what I was advised of. It was suggested that your company submit a Request for Records with the Building Dept. for the file in order to determine all of the issues there are outstanding. I came in earlier this week and Diane said to come back to see you. 3480 Ole Jule Lane property(new owner Greg Sfoglia) cleaning up all of prior owner Gerald Lang's mess. Lang had turned the house into a Zombie House-terrible. The neighborhood is thrilled and my client has made the property beautiful. An application for a wetland permit was filed (I think by AMP architecture) but "on hold" due to building department violations. He cleaned up the violations but got cited for not having a Trustee's permit. There was nothing on the computer. I have been piecing together the file!through conversations with the contractor. All building department violations were addressed and to get the CO I need to get Trustee's permit issued. They applied to transfer the bulkhead permit& other wetland permits for the house.
