The wetland line as identified by Suffolk Environmental is in fact the edge of pond line and represented similarly on my recent application and the permit drawings. 2. We added the 118' setback distance from the edge of pond line(wetland line)which is consistent with the dimension on permit#9456. 3. I added a label to the edge of pond so its more clearly represented. We trust these revisions should offer clarity to the request for a non jurisdiction determination.As such, please be reminded that all work is well-outside the 100' line.Prior to sending in formal printed copied,would it be possible to have Eric take another look at the attached.
