I have been doing this a long time now, if the house and the overcut are not in your jurisdiction isn't it illegal to not write me a letter of NJ? You have rules in place for this exact reason, now were not following them? We are making them up as we go. I am bit taken back. The house will be 115 feet from the contour line that your office designated as jurisdiction which is clearly not top of bank and we have been trying to do what's in the best interest of the area by pushing this house far forward as Liz stated in her email and the office is making this very difficult for no such reason. I wanted to make it clear what is happening here before anything further action We have been doing everything the trustees has wanted in the past I believe this is crossing a line and really would want to speak with one of the trustees. Can you have one of them reach me at 631-905-4789. Also Liz Gillolly Clearly stated she house no issue with the House only the Pool and pool fence (In email form). At the point I think its best we walk the property with my attorney and prove that the contour line is top of bank. Please have either Liz or the president contact me As soon as possible so we can clear this up. It is your responsibility to ensure that all necessary precautions are taken to prevent any sedimentation or other alteration or disturbance to the ground surface or vegetation within Tidal Wetlands jurisdiction and/or Coastal Erosion Hazard Area, which may result from your project.
