Present were: Gerard P. Goehringer, Chairman/Member Lydia A. Tortora, Member Vincent Orlando. Member Panla Quintieri, Secretary Absent were: George Horning, Member Ruth D. Oliva, Member. 6:45 p.m. Mr. Goehringer called the meeting to order. AGENDA ITEM I: SEQRA. The Board proceeded with the agenda items, as fallow: STATE ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY REVIEW ACT: None declared at this time: pending inspections and reviews regarding new applications. AGENDA ITEM II. DELIBERATIONS/DECISION MATTERS. carried over from the previous meeting calendars: No decisions were rendered at this time~ and the following items were carried over to the July 25. 2002 calendar for possible decisions: Appl. No. 5058 - CHRISTINE KOSMYNKA AND ANN BURGER (formerly Leaniak property). Received PB reply 7/1: ZBA hearing concluded 6/20. Appi. No. 5068 - GLENN and CHRISTINE DAWSON. 150 Broadwaters Road. Cutchogue; 104.-10-8. Hearing concluded 6/20. AppL No. 5072 - J. CALLIS. ET AL. (Miller property). Hearing concluded 6/20. Appl. No. 5099 - MATTITUCK HISTORICAL SOCIETY. Jacqueline Capufi, attorney for, N~EL appeared and spoke i~! support of the application. Appearing in behalf of the adjacent property owner to the west was Laverne Taylor. AGENDA ITEM IV. OTHER/RESOLUTIONS: Chairman Goehringer offered a motion to close the written portion of the following applications/hearings: Appl. No. 5068- GLENN and CHRISTINE DAWSON. 150 Broadwaters Road, Cutchogue; 104.-10-8. The hearing was also concluded 6/20. Appl. No. 5072 - J. CALLIS, ET AL. (James Miller property). The hearing was also concluded 6/20. This Resolution was duly adopted (3-0). (Members Oliva and Homing were absent.) There being no other business properly coming before the Board at this time, the Chairman declared the Meeting adjourned.
