1. That it is the intention of the undersigned to request a Permit from the Board of
Trustees to:
Remove and replace(in-place and+/- 12"higher)approximately 104 if of existing timber bulkhead and+/-
T westerly return with vinyl bulkhead and return,and backfill with approximately 25 cy of clean
sand/loam to be trucked in from an approved upland source;remove existing masonry fire pit and replace
(in-place)approx. 182 sf portion of masonry patio landward of bulkhead,as needed;and establish and
maintain a 15-ft wide non-turf buffer landward of bulkhead,as depicted on the project plan prepared by
En-Consultants,dated May 17,2024.
2. That the property which is the subject of Environmental Review is located
adjacent to your property and is, described as follows:
1055 Wood Lane,Peconic
3. That the project which is subject to Environmental Review under Chapters
96,111 and/or 275 of the Town Code is open to public comment on:
