BEGINNING at a point on the easterly boundary line of land now or formerly of Goubeaud (deed) (now or
formerly of Angela &Jeffery Citera, survey) adjoining land formerly of William H. Keynack, 515.0 feet
southerly along said boundary line from the southerly line of Pine Neck Road, being northwesterly corner
of the premises and the southwesterly corner of land now or formerly of Howard B. Quarty and wife (Lot
3); and
RUNNING along said land (Lot 3)on a line at right angles to said boundary line, South 83 degrees 14
minutes 10 seconds East a distance of 120.0 feet to the westerly line of a proposed highway to be known
as "Park Way";
THENCE along said westerly line of"Park Way", 2 courses as follows;

that the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the
right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the
cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the
improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this
indenture so requires.
