The title to each article in this Trust Indenture is used to aid in identification of each
Article, However, the titles shall not be deemed to be part of this Trust Indenture for
purposes of ascertaining the meaning of any provision contained in this Trust Indenture
or for any other reason.
This Trust Indenture may be executed in counterparts, which, taken together, shall
constitute the original.
Reference herein in the masculine and singular shall be deemed to include the
feminine, neuter and plural, and vice versa, as applicable.
