The hot tub that is referred to on the complaint dated 3.8.24 which references the inspection ticket dated 1.10.19 has been removed and will not be replaced. I have attached a photo of the area where the hot tub was located. 2. On the inspection ticket (copy attached) John also asked for a letter certifying the arbor which was not built as part of the prior building permits. I have attached a letter. 3. Finally I have attached a second floor plan wherein the architect has drafted the layout as it was built and inspected. The plans on file are incorrect.
