I spoke with Tom in the Trustee's office last week to make the office aware that our proposed site plan has changed:we are decreasing scope of work and keeping more of the existing site in place, as is.The office told me this will not be an issue, but I thought I would share an updated site plan that demonstrates this change. Attached is the updated site plan that shows we will keep the existing hedge row all along the town harbor side of the property and we will also keep the hedge row along the terry lane side of the property(although this is outside the trustees interest). I've convinced the client to keep much of what is on site in place (with the exception of all invasives and dead things,of course). The only hedge row we will be removing that comes into the 100 ft wetland boundary is the privet along the neighboring house side. We have another trustees permit in the queue for the existing accessory buildings and the corresponding dunes that are full of invasives and need some revitalization,so we'll plan to discuss that with the trustees during the September meeting, as I believe that's when we're on the agenda. I am free for a call if/as needed. 646-275-2447. Hope you all have a lovely evening!
