Authorize Supervisor Horton to execute an additional one-month extension of the Interim Agreement dated January 16, 2004 with the North Fork Animal Welfare League. 354. Authorize and direct Supervisor Horton to execute the Agreement with the Village of Greenport regarding the East-West Greenport Fire Protection District. 355. Enact "A Local Law in Relation to a Stop Sign on Love Lane, Mattituck, New York". 356. Enact "A Local Law in Relation to Site Plan Approval in the Hamlet Business (HB) District in Chapter 100 of the Zoning Code of the Town of Southold". 357. Approve bond resolution in the matter of the Increase and Improvement of Facilities of the Southold Solid Waste Management District, in the Town of Southold, in the County of Suffolk, New York pursuant to Section 202-b of the Town Law, at an estimated maximum cost of $1,051,600.
