Please see the attached strapping detail for owner retrofit of the pre-fabricated YM12952 cabana structure
manufactured by Yardistry,in order to meet the wind requirements (R301.2.1 and Fig.R301.2(5)A) of the
2020 Residential Code of New York State.
From the information available from the manufacturer the structure meets snow load requirements (R301.2.3
and Fig.R301.2(6))of the 2020 Residential Code of New York State.
This structure complies with the Chapter 3 seismic provisions of the 2020 Residential Code of New York
State.
None of the above is to be interpreted to mean that this pre-fabricated structure is immune from damage
from the above loads,only that it meets applicable requirements.Please let me know if you have any
questions.
