Dear Mr. & Mrs. Sweeney:
This letter is a follow up to your email received on July 9, 2024, along with several
photographs. The Board of Trustees reviewed your request to remove the tree located
on your property that is within 100' of the wetlands. The tree was reviewed by Trustee
Glenn Goldsmith on July 10, 2024.
The Board of Trustees determined that the tree that is located in your yard may be
removed at this time. No permit will be required in order to perform this work.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

We have a very large tree in our backyard that is rotting at its base.Our contractor,Shamrock Tree Service,said it's a hazard and
