Town of Southold Trustees:
Melissa Principe, representing the property owner/seller(James &Nancy Brush)and Nicholas Planamento,
representing the buyer(Susan and Stephen Wiseman), both NYS licensed real estate salespeople, relative to the
sale of the Brush property at 8581 New Suffolk Avenue(SCTM: 1000-116-1-1.2) politely request a preliminary site
visit to better gauge and understand the process of,
1. Resubmitting request for pool in side yard location(per ZBA)identical to the expired Trustees permit#5556
dated May 22,2002(see attached permit and survey)
2. NEW application for the'as built'brick/masonryterraces on either side of the rear deck.Appears as one
`terrace' under deck.
3. Submitting NEW/amending application, if feasible,to relocate pool outside of 1 00'Trustee jurisdiction
(would require ZBA de minimus request,as pool as previously approved by Trustees is to be placed at 85'
from wetland). IF at 1 00'or say, 105',would an application to the Trustees be required???
We look forward to meeting the Trustees at the Brush house on Tuesday,July 9,2024(buyer will be
