They have discovered that the 3-season enclosed porch on the east side of their 1-story frame house may have been constructed without Town approval, so they engaged our office to help resolve the matter. Based on our assessment of historical imagery and publicly available Town records, it seems the original deck was constructed between 1962 and 1978, however we are unable to determine when this structure was enclosed.
