It has grown wider and still makes it hard to judge oncoming traffic heading west. When I contacted you in Oct about removal of the tree you said you would advise the town department that handles that area. Nothing was done. /\t this point ifnothing gets done again lumtempted tn lop off the lower branches myself. l would like ureply please. Please look when you drive by. The tree has no structural or ornamental value located there. Please reply back to this email. After careful review and looking at the crash site I would like to bring something to your attention. When watching for oncoming traffic heading West there is a shaggy tree blocking the view. You can sort of see 'around or through' it but it obstructs the view of oncoming traffic. I miss judged distance and speed of an oncoming vehicle and was hit broadside at the drivers door. The door had to be pried open for me to get out. I am bringing this to you attention in hopes that someone from the town goes to the accident site and looks east of Alvahs Lane at stop sign. God forbid someone else makes the same mistake and is injured or killed. It could be a court case against the town. I dont want anyone else to have their car hit. My suggestion is to remove the tree. Its tall but scrubby and not maintained. The leaves are half dead. Its serving no good purpose .1 would appreciate a response as to how this will be handled.
