Jacob as Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Elsie M.Jacob recorded December 3,
2007 in Liber 12532 page 341,and Executor's Deed,with Covenant against Grantor's Acts
from Elizabeth S. Hartman, as Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Jere V. Jacob
recorded April 19, 2022 in the Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber D13152 page 435.

with the Northerly side of Manhasset Avenue and from said point of beginning;
RUNNING THENCE along land now or formerly of Papadopoulos and land now or formerly
of O'Keefe, South 84 degrees 50 minutes 50 seconds West, 227.72 feet to land now or

THENCE along said last mentioned land North 05 degrees 09 minutes 10 seconds West,
