BEGINNING at a stake on the northerly side of OAK DRIVE distant 150.04 feet westerly from
the corner formed by the intersection of said northerly side of Oak Drive with the westerly side
of Broadwaters Drive; running thence along the said northerly side of Oak Drive, South 79
degrees, 12 minutes, 10 seconds West 75.02 to the-land now or formerly of WILLIAM H.
MASON and HARRY E. MASON the following three courses and distances; (1) North 12
