BEGINNING at a point on the northwesterly line of Azalea Rd. which point is North 47 degrees 04
minutes East 250.00 feet from the northeasterly terminus of an arc of a curve connecting the
northeasterly line of Cardinal Dr. with the northwesterly line of Azalea Rd; and
RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning North 43 degrees 16 minutes 10 seconds West
