We are reaching out to inform you that we have applied to the Town of Southold Zoning Board of
Appeals to request an area variance for the following relief:
- Located less than the code required minimum front yard setback of 35 feet
- Located less than the code required minimum side yard setback of 10 feet
A public zoom hearing will be held on July 11th at 10:40 A.M. Details on how to tune in and make
comments during the meeting can be found on the Southold Town website in the agenda center.
