Providing the storage space above the Garage, one side of roof is pushed down to reduce the volume impact. Sun room is on the same footprint of existing deck. Also the additions use the same materials to match existing. The demolition of existing shed will add more front yard. 2.The benefit sought by the applicant CANNOT be achieved by some method feasible for the applicant to pursue, other than an area variance, because: Existing deck will be.converted to a sun room;on the same footprint, which makes slight non- conformance on the total side setback. The sun room cannot be other location due to the site condition and existing house. 3.The amount of relief requested is not substantial because: Additions are compact. The non-conformance for the total side, setback is very small. 4.The variance will NOT have an adverse effect or impact on the physical or environmental conditions in the neighborhood or district because: The same as 1. above. 5.'Has the alleged difficulty been self-created? { }Yes,or D4 No Why: There are no other solution can provide the needs.
