license#MP-32128. An installer from my company installed a gas line (Natural gas) to
the pool heater and fire pit at the above referenced address and gas pressure tested the
line which held at 4.0 psi for 1 hour. This letter is to certify that the installation complies
with the Residential Construction Code of New York State, the Mechanical Code of New
York State, approved plans and all other applicable rules ®ulations.
I make these statements under penalty of law, knowing that the Town of Southold will
rely on this information to determine compliance with the applicable codes.
