Dear Ms. Dwyer:
In accordance with our discussion enclosed please a survey (four copies) of the
Harbes Family Estate LLC. In particular I would like to draw your attention to the
shed that is located on the property. Specifically, it is to the east of the house on
the 4.3 acre area,just north of the vineyard. It measures 9.6' by 15.6' and it sits
on cement blocks.
The Harbes have no plans to install water/sewage or electric but they would
like to have this structure approved by the town.
Thank you for any advice you can provide in this matter and we look forward to
hearing from you.

Building Dept. Approval Process -Shed
Dear Ms. Dwyer:
With reference to the above noted building department approval process for
the shed, thank you for the guidance you provided in your email of Feb. 13, 2023.
As you suggested we are attaching the following:
1) A completed Building Dept. application
2) A design sheet demonstrating the dimensions of the shed
3) A display of a structure tiedown system under consideration
4) A Kaufolds (Manufacturer of the shed) specifications sheet.
The application also raises the issue of a potential covenant. The Department of
Health has requested the installation of a well water/purification system (at the
house) with a covenant attached to the deed. This document will also be need in
order to secure a Certificate of Occupancy for the house. We are in the process of
submitting the various documents to the DOH and will provide you with a copy of
the covenant once it is secured.
