Inspection—Footing and Foundation
On 7/3/2023, I inspected the construction at the noted location. The inspection covered
the verification of the footing and foundation for the new Accessory Building. The areas
verified included the footing, foundation wall and foundation wall finish.
The inspection results are:
Items verified included footing and foundation wall size and location and the completed
foundation wall.
The completed foundation work was done according to approved plans and in compliance'
with the applicable sections of the IRC,NYS and Southold Town Building Codes.

Result—Based upon inspection of this project and to the best of my knowledge,belief
and professional judgment, construction as installed complies with the plans and
applicable codes of the IRC,NYS and Southold Town Building Codes.

Building Permit Number—48905 Accessory Building—As-Built Drawings
Attached are two drawings for the Accessory Building constructed under Permit 48905.
These drawings reflect the final As-Built conditions.
On 1/23/2024, I inspected the accessory barn at the noted location. The inspection was
done to verify the final construction. The inspection confirmed that the changes made to
the design include the addition of a roll up door and the relocation of entrance doors and
window placement.
There were no changes to the overall structural elements of the building The proper
headers were installed for the additional doors.
Result—Based upon inspection of this project and to the best of my knowledge,belief
and professional judgment, construction as installed is correctly shown in these revised
plans and complies with the applicable codes of the IRC,NYS and Southold Town
Building Codes.
