No loud and contrasting colors will be allowed; (v) No dwelling shall be erected on any Lot unless it contains. a total living area of 4O00 square feet or more of heated above ground living space and minimum three (3) car garage; (vi) Dnly permanently constructed below ground swimming pools shall be allowed on Lots; (vii) Only natural materials shall be used for exterior construction on any Lots except with the written permission of the Declarant and; (vili) No flat . roofs shall be allowed on any- structure on any Lot. Such. fences shall not- be set forward .of the front building line: ' (d) Driveways shall be of bluestone, white or burgundy gravel set loose or embedded in oil composition, or they shall be of asphalt or paved. No concrete drives shall be allowed; (e) No sign of any kind shall be displayed to the public view on any Lot except for one tasteful sign not exceeding one square foot in size indicating the name of the occupant of the Lot. Declarant reserves the right to erect signs of any number and size to .advertise sale and construction of Lots; , I (f) Any tank or similar structure for storage of fuel shall be buried or contained in the dwelling house or other . structure so as to be out of sight; (g) All outbuilding, garages, covered porches and covered i breeze ways erected and maintained upon any Lot shall conform in architectural design and exterior mAterial to the finish of the dwelling house to which they are •appurtenant and may be, but need not'be, attached to said &ellings; . No more than four motor vehicles may be maintained on any Lot.
