IRREVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT DATED AUGUST 13T11,2013, party of the first part, and

Manorville,NY 11949, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying
and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, more particularly bounded and
described in Schedule"A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE part of the same premises described in the deed made by Margaret
Jellett, as surviving tenant by the entirety,dated August 13`h,2013 and recorded October 18th,2013 in
Liber 12749 Page 018 in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk.
