We are reaching out to inform you that we have applied to the Town of Southold Zoning Board of
Appeals to request a special exception for the following relief:
- Less than the code required minimum front yard setback of 35 feet
- Less than the code required minimum side yard setback of 10 feet
A public zoom hearing will be held on June 61h at 10:30 A.M. Details on how to tune in and make
comments during the meeting can be found on the Southold Town website in the agenda center.

Disapproval based on an application for a permit to demolish,as per Town Code Definition,
