Present :Jack (Chair), Greg (Town Board Liaison), Brent, Brian Lucine

• Forum —Table discussion until the next EDC meeting.
• Greg—Complete survey from Anne Smith and submit.
• Brent— Request an official statement from Heather Lanza recapping the last Forum
Meeting held, what was discussed etc. Greg to follow up with Heather.
• Website— Discussion if the Committee wants to move ahead, will the Town Board allow
it? Brent suggested to possibly expand to digital, across all media, i.e. Instagram,
Newspaper, Facebook etc. The simpler the better— Brent and Brian to put together a
proposal and approach Gwynn.
• Intern Project—deferred—tabled to the next Forum Meeting. Jack to meet with Anne
Smith to continue the conversation of whether to have the EDC pursue or possibly have
the Chamber of Commerce take the project.
• Winterfest—to be held February 8, 2025. Will meet with Town Board regarding road
closure.
Exited meeting and entered into Executive Session.
