As a follow-up to our meeting of January 21, 2022, and close the following.
1. Building permit application for the waterside at grade deck as requested.
2. Memorandum prepared by Joseph Fischetti, PE certifying compliance with the New York
State Energy Code dated February 8, 2021 (resubmitted).
3. Plumbing riser diagram prepared by Joseph Fischetti PE dated February 8, 2020
(resubmitted).
4. Invoice obtained from Hardy plumbing dated October 20, 2017 for the inktallation of the
air conditioning unit which details the specifications for the unit along with the
manufacturer's specification attached to the unit(resubmitted).
5. Electrical application for the air conditioning unit as requested.
Kindly advise as to when the electrical inspection can take place. I understand that the town's
electrical inspector will require access to the building. I will need some advanced notice to
provide access. Is my understanding pursuant to our meeting of yesterday that once the
electrical inspection passes,you will issue the requested certificate of occupancy along with the
rental permit which applications are otherwise complete.
