I conducted an assessment of the property at 175 Burtis Place, Peconic,NY 11958, and I wanted to bring to your attention a specific observation related to the basement. However, during my inspection,I observed and can certify that behind the finished walls in the basement, there exists foam board insulation effectively insulating the space.
