I just wanted to make sure you knew I would be adding the "as built"garage to the permit,which may need additional certification for work that was previously done. Specifically,an engineer or architects certification letter stating that fire separation in the wall between dwelling and garage was built to code and you might have to install an interconnected heat detection alarm, if possible, in the garage as per inspectors request. I will write your permit today and you will be called early next week once it is processed.
