It was resolved to rescind the negative declaration resolution of July 21, 11992 because the areas were stated incorrectly, and to ad6pt the following corrected resolution in its place: BE IT RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board, acting under the StateEnvironmental Quality Review Act, do an uncoordinated review on this unlisted action. The Planning Board assumes lead agency status and in that capacity makes a determination of non-significance, and grants a Negative Declaration. The final public hearing, which was held at 7: 40 P.M. , was closed.
